Ban and timeout appeals
Someone who is banned or timed out gets a link, signs in with Discord and explains why it should be lifted. Staff approve or deny with one click.

- You want a real captcha, not a reaction role, for new members.
- You want backups you can restore with one command.
- You already like Carl-bot for roles and fun. Keep it, and add Bastion for security.
