Pricing questions
What happens after the first 3 months?
Your subscription carries on at $3.99 a month until you cancel. Nothing else changes. The offer is 75% off the first 3 months of the monthly plan, once per server, for a server that hasn't had Pro before. The checkout shows both prices before you pay.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your Billing page in the dashboard, in a few clicks. You may be offered a free month or a one-month pause on the way, and you can say no. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops, and you aren't charged again. It works even after Bastion has been removed from the server.
What do I lose if I go back to Free?
Only the Pro features switch off. Your settings, case history and saved backups are kept, and everything on the free plan keeps working.
I run several servers. How does that work?
Pro covers one server, so you buy it for each server you want it on. Each server gets the launch offer the first time it's upgraded. The free plan covers any number of servers.
Can I get a refund?
If you're a consumer in the UK or the EU and you cancel within 14 days of first buying Pro for a server, we refund the whole payment. Email support@bastionbot.xyz and say which server. After that, payments aren't refunded for time you've already had. If something went wrong on our side, such as being charged twice, email us and we'll put it right.
How do I pay?
On the checkout page in your dashboard, with a debit or credit card or any other way to pay shown there. The payment form is run by Stripe. We never see your card number. You don't need a card for the free plan.
